Biography
Zhumatova Perizat Almashovna was born on March 23, 1967, in Kyzylmaktashy village, Akuyik rural district, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region.
In 1984, she entered the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after N.V. Gogol, Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, and graduated in 1989 with the qualification of “Teacher of Physics and Mathematics.” She obtained her second higher education in “Finance and Credit” at Kyzylorda “Bolashak” University (2000–2003), qualification – Economist. In 2018–2020, she graduated from Kyzylorda “Bolashak” University with a degree in “Defectology.”
Her career began in September 1989 as a Mathematics teacher at secondary school No.133 named after Janseit in Shieli district of Kyzylorda region. From April 1993 to October 1999, she worked as the head of the adaptation point of the Migration Department under the Regional Labor Administration. From October 1999 to September 2001, she worked as a teacher and educator at a boarding school for children with intellectual disabilities. From September 2001 to February 2004, she was Director of the State Institution “Crisis Center for Women Victims of Violence.”
From 2005 to 2012, she worked as Deputy Director at the State Institution “Center for Rehabilitation and Social Adaptation of Children and Adolescents with Developmental Problems No.2 in Kyzylorda city.” From August 2012 to September 2021, she served as the Director of this center. Since September 2021, she has been working as the Director of the Communal State Institution “Special Boarding School No.7” under the Department of Education of Kyzylorda Region.
She is married, has two children and three grandchildren. Her husband – Ibraev Sheraly Shapatayevich (born 1965), Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holder of several international and national grants, Associate Professor at the Department of Physics and Mathematics of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.
Her son – Ibraev Aibek, born in 1990, Expert of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” branch in Kyzylorda region.
Her daughter – Aigerim, born in 1996, graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, specialization – Economist, currently works as a Senior Financial Analyst at LLP “1Fit.”
